These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and JellyPickle ("JellyPickle," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

JellyPickle provides AI receptionist software that helps businesses answer calls, capture leads, schedule appointments, and automate customer communication. Features may depend on the integrations and settings you enable, and may be updated over time.

When you use the Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and keep it up to date;
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized use;
• Follow applicable laws, including those governing calls, recordings, messaging, consent, and privacy in your jurisdiction.

• The Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed.
• Plans may include usage limits (such as included call minutes).
• Additional usage beyond your plan's limits may incur additional charges, which will be described in your plan or billing settings.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

The Services use artificial intelligence to handle calls and communications. AI-generated responses may contain errors and may require your review. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for any actions taken based on information provided through the Services. The Services are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or harm others, or misuse the Services;
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
• Send spam or unsolicited communications;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems.

We work to keep the Services reliable, but they are provided on an "as available" basis. The Services may change, be interrupted, or experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JellyPickle and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
